Your Consultation

A thoughtful, physician-guided approach built around you.

Whether you arrive with one specific concern or several goals you would like to explore, your care begins with a conversation. We take time to understand what matters to you, evaluate your options, and create a plan only when it makes sense for you.

At a Glance

Care that starts with you, not a treatment menu.

Three things stay true no matter what brings you in.

Physician-led

Your treatment options are evaluated and guided by a physician.

Personalized

Recommendations are based on your goals, anatomy, health considerations, and preferences.

No required treatment path

Come for one treatment, explore several options, or simply begin with a consultation.

How Would You Like to Start?

Start where it makes sense for you.

You do not have to commit to a program or know exactly which treatment you need before coming in. Choose the starting point that feels most relevant today.

Aesthetics + Wellness

I want to look and feel my best

Some goals do not fit neatly into a single category. You may want to address skin, body, energy, weight, and wellness together rather than navigating several disconnected treatment plans.

Start With Your Goals

Your first visit does not lock you into a treatment plan. You may pursue one service, several services over time, or simply leave with a clearer understanding of your options.

Your Consultation & Care Journey

What happens when you come in?

Knowing what to expect can make the process easier. Your experience moves from conversation to evaluation to a clear plan without rushing into treatment.

01Start with your goalsTell us what you'd like to focus on. We begin by understanding what brought you in, what you would like to change, and what matters most to you. Your goals lead the conversation.
02Physician assessmentYour physician evaluates the factors that may influence your options: anatomy, health history, previous treatments, and individual concerns. For aesthetic care this may include facial proportions, skin quality, and tissue characteristics; for wellness concerns, additional medical evaluation may be appropriate.
03LifeViz® imaging or testing, when usefulTechnology is used when it adds meaningful information. LifeViz® 3D imaging may document your starting point and support planning and follow-up; laboratory testing may be recommended for wellness concerns when clinically appropriate. Not every patient needs every test.
04Understand your optionsYour physician explains what may be contributing to your concern, which options may be appropriate, what each is designed to accomplish, important limitations and tradeoffs, likely sequence, and recovery or maintenance considerations. The goal is understanding, not pressure.
05Decide when you're readyRecommendations are organized around your priorities, desired outcome, timing, recovery preferences, and budget. Some patients begin with one treatment, others choose a phased plan, and both are completely appropriate.

Connected Care

Your goals are connected. Your care can be too.

At Lenox, you can begin with the concern that matters most and expand only when it adds value. Your physician helps consider how options fit together, what should come first, what can wait, and what may not be necessary at all.

One concern or several. One visit or ongoing care. The plan remains yours. Meet Dr. Challa

One-Time Care or Continuing Care

Care that can evolve with you.

Not everyone wants or needs the same level of ongoing care.

One-time or focused care

Ideal when you have a specific concern or treatment in mind. Schedule a consultation, receive a focused recommendation, proceed with treatment if you wish, and return only when you choose.

Continuing care

Some treatments work best approached over time. Future visits can monitor progress, maintain results, adjust plans, reassess changing goals, coordinate multiple services, and spread treatment over months rather than all at once.

Common Questions

Common questions about your consultation.

Do I need to know which treatment I want before booking?

No. You don't need to arrive knowing whether the answer is an injectable, laser, skin treatment, energy-based technology, or no treatment at all. Come with a goal; the consultation takes it from there.

Does a consultation commit me to treatment?

No. Your first visit does not lock you into a plan. There is no obligation to pursue a treatment simply because it was discussed.

Will imaging or testing be part of my visit?

Only when it adds meaningful information. LifeViz® 3D imaging may support aesthetic planning, and laboratory testing may be appropriate for some wellness concerns. Not every patient needs every test.

Can I come in for just one treatment?

Yes. Stand-alone treatments are welcome, and no ongoing program is ever required.

What if I have several goals?

Your physician helps prioritize what should come first, what can wait, and what may not be necessary at all. Some patients begin with one treatment; others choose a phased plan.

Ready When You Are

Your first step is a conversation, not a commitment.

Come with a goal. We'll take it from there. Your physician will help you understand your options and decide what, if anything, makes sense for you.
