Meet Dr. Challa

A thoughtful approach to aesthetics.

Physician-led aesthetic care shaped by experience, careful judgment, and a belief that the best results should still feel like you.

The Physician Story

Aesthetics, approached differently.

For more than 15 years, Dr. Challa has cared for patients as a physician. That experience shaped a philosophy that now guides every aesthetic consultation: listen first, understand the individual, and recommend thoughtfully.

Her interest in aesthetic medicine grew from an appreciation for the relationship between skin health, facial structure, aging, and confidence, and from the understanding that meaningful aesthetic care requires more than simply choosing a procedure.

Dr. Challa pursued advanced education in aesthetic medicine, including continuing medical education in laser and aesthetic skin therapy through Harvard Medical School. She continues to expand her knowledge of aesthetic and healthy-aging medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

Today, she brings that medical foundation to an aesthetics practice centered on individualized treatment planning, advanced technology, and natural-looking results.

“Your goal comes first. The treatment comes second.”

Her Approach

Three principles guide every plan.

What kind of aesthetic physician is she? The answer shows up the same way in every consultation.

01

Natural, not overdone

The goal isn't to make you look like someone else. Her approach centers on preserving expression, character, and the features that make each person recognizable while thoughtfully addressing the concerns that brought them in.

02

A plan before a procedure

A consultation doesn't begin with a device, injectable, or treatment package. It begins with you: your goals, facial features, skin, lifestyle, and preferences guide the conversation before treatment options are considered.

03

Technology with purpose

Advanced technology offers remarkable possibilities, but only when matched to the right person and the right concern. She approaches technology as a tool within a larger strategy, never as the treatment plan itself.

What Physician-Led Aesthetics Means Here

More than performing a procedure.

Aesthetic medicine combines anatomy, technology, technique, planning, and judgment. Dr. Challa's role is not simply to perform a treatment. It is to determine whether that treatment belongs in your plan in the first place.

Understanding the individual

Facial structure, skin quality, age-related changes, treatment history, goals, and preferences vary from person to person. Treatment planning should reflect those differences.

Selecting the right tool

Injectables, lasers, energy-based devices, regenerative treatments, and skin therapies accomplish different things. The goal is not to use every available technology; it is to select the appropriate one.

Sequencing matters

Sometimes the best result comes from a single treatment. Sometimes several treatments work better in a thoughtful sequence. Planning comes before procedures.

Knowing when less is better

More treatment is not automatically better treatment. Sometimes the most appropriate recommendation is a conservative approach, or no treatment at all.

Physician-Led Care

Medical experience provides the foundation. Aesthetic judgment determines how it is applied.

Dr. Challa believes patients should feel comfortable asking questions, understanding their options, and taking time before making decisions. Sometimes the right plan is a combination of treatments. Sometimes it is a single carefully selected treatment. And sometimes, doing less is the better choice.

The objective remains the same: help you look refreshed, balanced, and like yourself. Your Consultation

The Patient Experience

Care begins with understanding what you want.

There is no obligation to pursue a treatment simply because it was discussed during your consultation.

Start With Your Goals

Start with your goals.

Tell us what you'd like to focus on. Your goals lead the conversation; your options are thoughtfully considered around you. You don't need to know whether the answer is an injectable, laser, skin treatment, energy-based technology, or no treatment at all.

The first step is simply a conversation. Your Consultation
